We identify that major issues of the nowadys working conditions are are safety, personnel and innovations. We provide comfortable and safe working conditions, staff training and personal development. 

The Code covers major human values: respect, support, honesty in financial issues, different types of abuse and protection of company interests. 

Respect and protection.
In order to reach success and have confidence in tomorrow it is important to treat our clients and employees with due respect, save the nature for the next generations. Therefore the main principles are: employees equal opportunities, respect of each employee, supplier and client, environment protection. 

Honesty in financial issues.
Honesty in financial issues guarantees company’s stability. Thus we forbid fraud, illegal payments and money laundering. Liwan Oil Tools promotes fair competition. Personal financial interests of either company employee or our client must not influence any company decision. Each decision must have economical ground and work for the company’s benefit.

We spend greater part of our life at work therefore it is important to provide safe and comfortable working places for the company employees. This is the company’s responsibility. Liwan Oil Tools forbids religious, national or other kind of persecution. 

Protection of company interests.
